Madman Entertainment has picked up a collection of rights to current films.
It acquired Australia and New Zealand rights to cricket documentary Fire In Babylon by UK director Stevan Riley.
It was produced by Charles Steel of Cowboy Films and John Battsek of Passion Pictures, and had its premiere at last year’s London Film Festival.
The company also acquired rights for Australia and New Zealand to Sundance documentary entries Buck and Page One: A Year Inside The New York Times. Both deals were with sales company Submarine.
