Ethan Ruan rejects role in Stephen Chow’s latest movie1 min read

According to sources, Ethan had met up with the comedy king secretly in Hong Kong, but had rejected the movie offer as he didn’t want to act in any period movie.
Peter expressed that he had already asked Ethan to act in this movie in September but due to schedule conflicts, they had to push the filming till after Chinese New Year in 2011.
As to Ethan being arrogant for rejecting several films and refusing calls from Stephen’s management, his agent addressed that Ethan has been in touch with Stephen and was not being arrogant as reported.
