SAe takes on Singapore’s ‘Cannes’ Project1 min read

Reading Time: < 1 minute[ScreenSingapore] is positioned as a glamorous film festival that will premiere both Asian and World cinema – Singapore’s own Cannes.

And to organise the inaugural edition of ScreenSingapore next June, the Media Development Authority Of Singapore (MDA) has appointed Singapore Airshow and Events (SAe).

It may not seem like the most obvious fit for a glitzy film festival, but SAe has the experience when it comes to such ambitious events.

“SAe has extensive experience in organising world-class events such as the Singapore Airshow and Singapore International Water Week. With their good track record, we believe they will be able to deliver an outstanding event in the world of film and entertainment,” Ms Cassandra Tay, the MDA’s director of communications and community and international relations, told MediaCorp.
