Book Launch: Becoming Capa1 min read

Reading Time: < 1 minute

Becoming Capa, the story that inspired the movie Becoming Royston, was written more than 15 years ago as a class assignment by photographer Tay Kay Chin. Recently released as a photographic novella, it is not quite like anything published before.

Kay Chin will talk about his creative process and how he blended his own words, with personal images culled from his 20-year-old archives, to create the comic-like book. Limited copies of the book will be available for sale during the talk.

Join us here in Sinema OldSchool for the book launch of Becoming Capa, this coming Saturday at 4.30pm. Admission to the book launch is free. Get the chance to bombard Tay Kay Chin with all your questions in a Q&A session.

The book will be on sale for $18. Also, in a book launch special, you can get your book autographed by none other than the talented writer himself.
