Being a filmmaker involves more than just making a good movie. With this in mind, the Asian Film Archives presents Cineodeon 2008, a youth-initiated cinema chain project designed to help students learn how to programme and manage a film screening under the mentorship of industry professionals.

In addition outstanding Cineodeon teams will have the opportunity to present their learning journey at the Symposium on Singapore Cinema.

Cineodeon 2008 kicks off with a one-day boot camp where students will meet with teams from other schools and also their mentors who will guide them through the execution of the screening.
