Make the video you have always wanted to make in one weekend in the Fly By Night Video Challenge 2007. Kicking off this coming Friday, the weekend-long marathon film competition will be held on the new Lasalle campus, and will close its submissions on the 4th at 12pm sharp.

fbn.jpgAfter the release of the official theme on Friday, participants only have the weekend to complete their short films, which will then stand a chance to win cash prizes worth $300 (for each of the top 10 films).

Short-listed films might even get selected as The Judges’ Choice Awards, which will be announced ‘live’ on Sunday night. All you need to do is submit the form to Objectifs at 12A Liang Seah Street, Singapore 189033.

The Substation has opened its doors to accept submissions for the next Singapore Short Film Festival to be held in March 2008. All locally produced films which are less than 30 minutes in length can be submitted via mail or hand delivery to The Substation at 45 Armenian Street S(179936). All entries are to be in by 17 December 2007. Click here to see the terms and conditions and download the submission form.
