Freeflow Productions Collaborates With NGOs To Create Five Films for National Day 20212 min readReading Time: 2 minutes
For Singapore’s 56th National Day, local video production house Freeflow Productions is working with five non-profit organisations to create five short films devoted to each of their unique causes. The films aim to raise awareness for each NPO and their initiatives.
From 5 Aug, the films will be released on Freeflow Productions‘ and the participating NGO’s social media.
As filmmakers, the Freeflow team has always believed in the power of film to raise awareness and deliver meaningful messages. The production house decided to embark on this project during the month of our nation’s independence as their own small way to give back to the community. The non-profit organisations were personally shortlisted and selected by Freeflow’s directors, based on causes close to their hearts.
Through this initiative, Freeflow also hopes to encourage fellow filmmakers in the use of their craft to #FilmitForward for other local charitable causes of their choosing.
The five films produced for this campaign are now on Facebook:
Freedom By Nature
A micro-documentary capturing a developmentally-disabled youth’s first experience with stand-up-paddling (SUP).

A New Home
