Tom Hanks has left, the red carpet has been rolled up and the curtain has come down. The inaugural ScreenSingapore officially ended yesterday after an eight-day run that kicked off Jun 5. Host Media Development Authority of Singapore (MDA) and organiser Experia Events also confirmed yesterday that the film and trade event will be returning in June 2012. Here’s what went down at the first edition, by the numbers. GENEVIEVE LOH

700: The minimum number of trade attendees from 26 countries that took part in a range of film industry activites, which included “In Conversation” sessions with Avatar producer Jon Landau and Academy Award winning director Shekhar Kapur, exceeding its target of 500 trade attendees.

400: Registration fee, in Singapore dollars, per ticket for ScreenSingapore trade attendees.

6,000: The number of people who showed up for its 11 gala film premieres, 14 Previews@ScreenSingapore (sneak previews held at Golden Village, Cathay and Shaw cinemas), and seven red-carpet events.

10: Number of exhibition booths set up at Expo@ScreenSingapore.
