Starring Singaporean actress Teo Kiat-Sing, this 14-minute short film won a total of 21 international awards including Best Cinematography, Best Soundtrack, Best Short Film and Best Foreign Film at various film festivals.

bastketbronxFilmed in New York, Kiat-Sing plays a Chinese girl who helps an African”“American kid from the Bronx with dreams of playing Basketball.  She uses Zen philosophy to teach him to overcome his fears, to enjoy his life as much as possible and to stop worrying about his results.

Kiat-Sing is the first and only actor to receive a scholarship from the Media Development Authority (MDA) to study at Columbia University. She recently graduated with a Masters in Fine Arts (Acting) and is currently learning Classical Tibetan.
