Videos: A peek at the Leopard

With the new OS X Leopard slated to be released at the end of this month, we thought it’d be nice to post up some teaser videos of the new system.

The new Leopard desktop is sleeker & cleaner, thanks to the new Stacks function, which lets you drop clusters of files onto your dock as a grouped folder. Check out Apple’s demo video below.

What’s more, Leopard has also added iTunes’ Cover Flow file browsing system to its Finder – allowing users to thumb through various files and preview video clips as well. Also shown in the video below is the Back To My Mac feature, which allows .Mac account holders to access their home computers via the Internet, with it appearing in the Finder, as if in a shared network.
