This is a successful comedy based on the popular manga and anime series Hetalia. Aliens are invading Earth, painting everything white and turning those that are painted into mindless blobs.
The Axis and Allied Powers, as usual, used their own unique styles to combat this alien threat. This feature film is a testament to the excellent comedy scriptwriting that is the hallmark of the Hetalia series, and draws deeply from the rich library of comedy characters successfully created in the original anime.
