A POINT Cook composer has added a score of awards to his trophy cabinet.

Chee Wei Tay won five awards at the 48th WorldFest-Houston International Film Festival, including the Platinum Remi Award for outstanding music in ­Channel NewsAsia’s 4-part documentary series Footprints.

Mr Tay also received awards for composing the score for four other award-winning titles: a Gold Remi Award for medical/health/fitness/procedures for Children of Leprosy; a Silver Remi Award for TV mini-series for Zero Calling; a Silver Remi Award for TV series – informational for Artisans Reboot; and a Bronze Remi Award for informational/cultural/historical program – series for Kung Fu Motion.
