American director Brian Spitz, who is in Taiwan shooting a documentary on how people look at sexual prowess, said Tuesday that the local people he has met have been very open and willing to talk about the issue.
As part of the project, Spitz and actor Patrick Moote talked to local media about the documentary, titled “Mission for More, ” while doing research at a decades-old Chinese herbal apothecary in Taipei.
“People in Taiwan are actually very open, more so than… other parts of Asia that have different attitudes, ” said Spitz, who has worked with Fox, Disney and Sony.
After traveling to various countries around the world for the making of the film, including South Korea, Iceland, and all over North America, they visited Taiwan to look for folk prescriptions and remedies for boosting male sexual potency, such as snake soup and herbal concoctions.
