Forever claims double premieres1 min read

Romantic comedy, Forever, is set to be the first Singaporean film to receive a double world premiere at the Jakarta International Film Festival and the Cairo International Film Festival.

Shot in Mandarin, it stars Taiwan’s Morning Mo, Singapore theatre actress Joanna Dong and newcomer Sarah Ng.

In addition to Forever, Cairo’s festival of festivals selection includes: A Love Story by Anjan Das (India), Love Thieves by Abhishek Chaubey (India), Riwayat by Vijay Patkar (India), Will You Reach Across The Skies? by Gautham Vasudev Menon (India), A Little Pond by Lee Sang-woo (South Korea) and Blades of Blood by Lee Joon-ik (South Korea).

Forever’s theatrical release in its native Singapore is scheduled for March 2011 through Golden Village Pictures.
