Mica Says Yes to PG 13, No to R21 For Heartland Screenings

Mica has rejected the suggestion to showcase R21 films in HDB estates, whereas PG13 films are given the green light to be screened in the heartlands.

The PG13 rating will be introduced due to public feedback that some films currently rated PG are unsuitable for younger children, while younger teens missed out on films that would have been rated PG13, but are currently NC16.
